The Sparrow




A sparrow is a small flying animal that measures 14 to 15 cm in length. It is usually brown and black. They are seed-eating animals, ie, they eat plants, insects ... It's on every continent except Antarctica, as there is a colder climate than you need ... Sexual reproduction takes place, ie involving the male and the female gender.

They are oviparous. It weighs about 30 g and the males are usually larger than females. The beak is thick, strong, conical. The plumage of the back is brown with black spots and red. The males have a black spot on a bib that covers part of the chest and throat, the forehead, crown and nape are gray. Females have more subdued colors than the males, her head is brown and her eyebrows more clear, moreover, have no black in the throat, a common characteristic of males. Breeding, known as gurriato is similar in plumage to the female.

They form monogamous pairs in each breeding season build nests in spring, with leaves, feathers and debris and scraps of paper. They nest in crevices in buildings under tiles or in conifer logs. Eggs are laid in the spring at any time and may have up to four doors, four doors and four or five eggs.

The brown bear

It is a plantigrade mammal, that is, you do not need all four legs to walk. It has brown fur and is one of the eight species in the world. It can live up to 25 years and every spring fur molting. He likes mountain forests and rocky areas where there are many bushes. What is unusual is to see it in open areas. Walk with your eyes down when it does quiet but is very strong and although it can weigh up to 200 kilos, moves at high speed everywhere, even climbing the mountains. Is very strong and often hidden human presence.
